According to Mercedes boss, Toto Wolff, due to new regulations related to cost caps and limited wind tunnel testing, it will not be possible for any team to win 8 consecutive F1 championships, as done by the Silver Arrows in the past from 2014-2021. According to him, currently teams have to play an overall good game, as the competitors of today may change tomorrow, due to factors like cap limits, and it won’t be possible for a team to remain unchallenged eight times in a row.

F1 to impose restrictions on political and religious displays

The Formula One has announced new regulations regarding the displays of political or religious messages, from 2023. According to the FIA’s international sporting code, drivers will not be permitted to display any personal, religious, or political statements that affect neutrality, and can only do soon obtaining written permission from the FIA.
