Norris Takes Hungary Pole as McLaren Secures Front-Row Lockout.

Lando Norris secured pole position at the Hungarian Grand Prix, with Oscar Piastri joining him in a McLaren one-two, while Max Verstappen followed in third.

Norris narrowly beat his teammate Piastri by 0.022 seconds and Verstappen by 0.046 seconds in a qualifying session marked by shifting conditions and two red flags due to crashes.

This is Norris's third career pole and McLaren's first one-two in qualifying since the 2012 Brazilian Grand Prix.

Lewis Hamilton qualified fifth for Mercedes, behind Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz. Meanwhile, his teammate George Russell struggled, finishing 17th after a challenging wet-dry session.
