Verstappen Sets Pace in Miami Practice Session.

Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing showcased his speed during practice at the Miami Grand Prix, leading the session despite facing challenges and making errors along the way.

The world champion faced challenges during practice at the Miami Grand Prix, running wide multiple times and experiencing braking issues.

Despite this, Max Verstappen ended up 0.105 seconds ahead of McLaren’s Oscar Piastri, with Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz in third place, just 0.116 seconds off the pace.

In fourth and sixth places were the Mercedes of George Russell and Lewis Hamilton, with Red Bull’s Sergio Perez sandwiched between them.

Both McLaren and Mercedes have introduced significant upgrades to their cars, with Norris having all the upgrades and Piastri about half.

However, Norris struggled with power-steering issues, affecting the weight of the steering in different corners. McLaren addressed the problem during the session and planned to fix it afterward.

Unfortunately, Charles Leclerc in the second Ferrari had a challenging session, spinning his car out of a chicane early in the session and ending up last on the time sheets.
