The US-based Haas team has signed Alpine driver Esteban Ocon on a multi-year contract for the 2025 Formula 1 season.
Ocon, 27, debuted in F1 in 2016 and secured his first and only race win at the 2021 Hungarian Grand Prix.
Last week, Haas announced they would be dropping Kevin Magnussen for the next season, resulting in a fresh line-up with Ocon joining Briton Oliver Bearman.
"I am thrilled to embark on this new chapter in my Formula 1 career and join Haas from the start of the 2025 season," Ocon said. "I'll be joining a very ambitious racing team, whose spirit, work ethic, and undeniable upward trajectory have really impressed me."
In 2022, Ocon achieved his best finish in the World Drivers' Championship, placing eighth.
However, this season has been challenging for him, as he currently sits 18th in the championship despite having three podium finishes in his career.
