Lando Norris Sees Improved Opportunity to Challenge Verstappen.

Lando Norris from McLaren believes that their chances of catching up to Max Verstappen in the World Championship have improved over the past few races.

Norris recognizes that beating Max Verstappen will be a challenge because Verstappen doesn't seem to have any weaknesses.

However, Norris feels that there's a better chance now, especially with Mercedes also in contention, which could lead to more significant point swings.

He mentioned, "A bad weekend for Max used to be third, but now it could be fifth or sixth. If you can win, you can quickly turn around a lot of points in just one weekend. With that possibility, there's a higher chance."

Verstappen's dominance in Formula 1 has waned in recent months. McLaren and Ferrari have each secured a win in the past four races, and Mercedes has been competitive, as seen in the recent race in Canada.

Norris, with a victory in Miami and consistent finishes in the top positions in the last few races, noted, "Even when Max has a 'bad' weekend, he still scores good points. He's strong in all areas and rarely makes mistakes. But under pressure, anything can happen."
