Team Europe is looking hopeful with a string of victories by players who will potentially be a part of the team next year. This includes victories by Shane Lowry at the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth, Robert MacIntyre, who is the winner of the Italian Open, and Guido Migliozzi, the winner of the French Open.

The 25-year-old Migliozzi’simpressive performance included a five-day event and contrasted with the temporary slump in form he experienced earlier in the season. Team Europe’s captain Luke Donald is also looking to include other such young players who are in-form to take on Team USA’s challenging line up, and is expected to harness Lowry’s sustained form, MacIntyre’s drive for victory and Migliozzi’s confidence to give a competitive edge to Team Europe.

Team USA recently asserted their dominance by winning the President’s Cup, where the International team was missing key players on account of their suspension due to their participation in breakaway league LIV Golf.

MigliozziandMacIntyre will next be seen in action at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship to the historic town of St. Andrews. Other top players who will be seen at the celebrated event include Shane Lowry, who is the PGA Champion, world number two Rory McIlroy, Billy Horschel, who was the top performer at the President’s Cup, as well as LIV Golf associated players Patrick Reed, Richard Bland, Branden Grace and Talor Gooch.
