West Ham has completed signing Konstantinos Mavropanos from Stuttgart for an undisclosed fee.
West Ham is overwhelmed to announce the completion of signing Greece international Konstantinos Mavropanos from Stuttgart for an undisclosed fee in the final stretch of this year's summer transfer window.
Greece defender Konstantinos Mavropanos agreed with the terms and has signed a five-year contract with the Hammers.
Coach David Moyes needed a new defender in his team, and after being inactive in the transfer window, they have come to life with an array of new arrivals.
The Greek defender joined the Gunners in 2018. Mavropanos joined Stuttgart permanently from Arsenal last summer when the club exercised his option-to-buy clause after three successive loan stints in Germany.
He has made only eight appearances for the Gunners however and spent the last two seasons of his spell with them on loan at Stuttgart.
The Greek international will become David Moyes’ third signing of the summer following midfield arrivals Edson Alvarez and James Ward-Prowse, as his side look to better their standing in the Premier League and compete in the Europa League.
