Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal signed Sergej Milinkovic-Savi from Lazio for £34m.
Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal is delighted to announce the completion of signing Serbia international, Sergej Milinkovic-Savi from Lazio in this summer transfer window.
It's reported that Al-Hilal will pay a fee of £34m to Lazio for the experienced midfielder.
Serbia international, Sergej Milinkovic-Savi agreed with the terms and has signed a three-year deal with the Saudi team.
Milinkovic-Savic becomes the third big-name arrival at Al-Hilal over the past month after the four-time Asian champions brought in Ruben Neves and Kalidou Koulibaly from Wolves and Chelsea respectively in June.
The 28-year-old will join his new team at their pre-season training camp in Austria after completing medical tests.
Sergej Milinkovic-Savi has been linked with leading European clubs in the past, and has been a central figure for the Serie A side during his eight seasons in Italy having joined from Genk in 2015.
Milinkovic-Savic joined Lazio in 2015 and helped them win the Italian Cup in the 2018-19 season and two Italian Super Cups.
Al-Hilal are the most decorated club in Saudi Arabia and Asia, and hold the record for the most Saudi league and Asian Champions titles with 18 and four, respectively.
