Thomas Kaminski has confirmed his move to Luton Town from Blackburn for an undisclosed fee.
Premier League newcomers Luton Town is extremely delighted to announce the completion of signing Belgian shot-stopper Thomas Kaminski from Blackburn for an undisclosed fee in this ongoing summer transfer.
The 30-year-old Belgian is Luton’s seventh summer arrival and joins for an undisclosed fee.
Thomas Kaminski, who was named Player of the Year in his debut season in England, brings with him the experience of three European top-flight titles.
Kaminski himself is excited about his new journey: "The Premier League is the best league in the world, to play in the Premier League is a dream for every footballer and it’s unbelievable to be here."
The goalkeeper's career started with youth ranks at Gent in Belgium, later playing with Germinal Beerschot and OH Leuven.
He joined Belgian giants Anderlecht in 2012 but was loaned to teams in Cyprus and FC Copenhagen, where he was part of a Danish league and cup-winning squad in the 2015/16 season.
With Anderlecht, Kaminski contributed to two Belgian league titles in 2013 and 2014, and three consecutive Super Cups from 2012 to 2014. He also made his Champions League debut in the 2013/14 season.
Kaminski then joined Kortrijk as a regular goalkeeper for three seasons and later returned to Gent.
