Alex Craig confirmed his switch to Scarlets from Gloucester.
Scotland international second row Alex Craig has officially confirmed to join the Scarlets from the English Premiership side Gloucester ahead of the 2023-24 season.
The 26-year-old, originally from Dumfries, is making the move from English Premiership team Gloucester, where he progressed through the Academy ranks.
After an impressive campaign with Hartpury RFC, Craig secured a permanent deal with Gloucester in 2019 and went on to make 49 appearances for the club.
His standout performances earned him a call-up to represent Scotland in the 2021 Six Nations, where he made appearances off the bench in the victories over Italy and France under the guidance of coach Gregor Townsend.
Craig is the fifth signing the Scarlets have made this summer with talented utility back Ioan Lloyd joining from Bristol Bears, while Wales Sevens star Tomi Lewis has returned to the club from Jersey Reds.
