Arsenal is all set to sign Kai Havertz from Chelsea for a fee of £65m.
Premier League club, Arsenal have officially announced to sign the German international, Kai Havertz from Chelsea for a transfer fee believed to be around £65m ($82.72 million).
Havertz is set to become one of the highest-paid players at the Emirates Stadium, alongside Bukayo Saka, once the deal is finalized.
The forward will join the Gunners following a rather inconsistent three-year stint at Stamford Bridge.
Germany international Havertz was signed by Chelsea on a five-year contract in 2020 for around 71 million pounds after two prolific seasons with Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen.
During his time at Chelsea, he won the Champions League in his first season and scored the winning goal in the 2021 final against Manchester City.
Played in several positions in the front line and midfield, Havertz scored 14 goals in the 2021-22 campaign but scored only nine times last season as Chelsea struggled to score under three different managers and finished 12th in the table.
