Once again, Chelsea is making waves in the transfer market, dominating with a flurry of high-profile signings. The club's aggressive approach is turning heads, sparking curiosity about their strategy and the future they’re building.

This marks the third consecutive summer transfer window under co-owners Behdad Eghbali and Todd Boehly where Chelsea has outspent rivals, signed the most players, and sought to offload those from the previous regime.

In a busy Friday of transfers, including a £54 million deal for Wolves forward Neto, Chelsea is on track to make 12 summer signings, all averaging under 21 years old. 

Since June 14, they've spent £243 million, expanding their squad to over 50 senior players.

Some new signings will be loaned out immediately, while others may be sold before the August 30 deadline. 

With over £1.5 billion spent on transfers since the Clearlake Capital and Boehly takeover, the strategy seems focused on acquiring young talent with future resale value, leading some fans to wonder if this is one of the largest Premier League squads ever assembled.
