Bournemouth Secure £13m Deal for Turkish Forward Enes Unal.
Bournemouth have completed the permanent signing of Turkish forward Enes Unal from Getafe for around £13 million.
Enes Unal, 27, joined Bournemouth on loan in January and contributed to the club achieving a record Premier League tally of 48 points. He has now signed a four-year contract for a fee of £13 million.
"The project here excited me back in January, and I believe we have great potential to improve further," said Unal, who previously spent two years at Manchester City without making a league appearance.
Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola confirmed in April that the club intended to make Unal's transfer permanent.
During his loan spell, Unal scored two goals in three starts and 14 substitute appearances. His goals came in a 2-2 draw with Sheffield United on March 9 and a 3-0 victory over Brighton on April 28.
Unal has earned 32 caps for Turkey and is included in their provisional squad for Euro 2024, where they will face Portugal, the Czech Republic, and Georgia in the group stage.
