Solomone Kata switch to Exeter on a one-year deal from Super Rugby franchise, Moana Pasifika.

Exeter officials have signed powerful Tonga international outside back Solomone Kata ahead of the Premiership campaign.

Solomone Kata has signed a one-year deal with the Exeter Chiefs after agreeing the terms mentioned by the club.

Kata becomes the Chief's fifth new signing of the off-season as he joins Jack Dunne, Rory O'Loughlin, Aidon Davis and Ruben van Heerden in arriving.

Solomone Kata spent two impressive seasons with the Brumbies in Australia before heading to Moana Pasifika ahead of the 2022 Super Rugby Pacific campaign.
