Ireland Confirms Clean Bill of Health Ahead of Second South Africa Test.

Ahead of their upcoming clash against South Africa this weekend, all 35 players in the Ireland squad hit the training ground on Wednesday.

The team seems to be in high spirits and full strength, gearing up with intense sessions to tackle the formidable South African side.

After a 27-20 loss to the Springboks in the series opener, Andy Farrell's Ireland side has relocated to Durban for the second and final Test at Kings Park on Saturday.

Following injuries to hooker Dan Sheehan and scrum-half Craig Casey in the first match, they've been replaced by Connacht's Dave Heffernan and uncapped Ulster player Nathan Doak.

Jamie Osborne and Robbie Henshaw were substituted due to injuries in the first Test, while Andrew Porter received treatment for a hand cut during the game. However, all participated in Wednesday's training session at Northwood College.
