Great Britain's Rosie Eccles has been eliminated from the women’s 66kg boxing competition following a split-decision defeat to Poland’s Aneta Rygielska in the last 32.
Rosie Eccles dominated the three-round welterweight bout, winning the first round on the judges' scorecards.
However, she was considered second best in the next two rounds against Poland’s Aneta Rygielska.
Despite Rygielska receiving a point deduction late in the third round for a head foul, the judges’ split scores led to a decision in Rygielska’s favor.
One judge scored it 29-27 for Rygielska, while two judges had Eccles ahead with scores of 30-26 and 29-27.
