Dina Asher-Smith scripted a record clocking time in wining the women's 60m at the World Indoor Tour.

Britain's Dina Asher-Smith has scripted a new British record with an incredible performance at the World Indoor Tour meeting in Germany.

Dina Asher-Smith has clocked a time of 7.04 seconds to triumph in the 60m final edging past fellow Team GB star Asha Philip's previous top mark of 7.06secs recorded at the European Indoor Athletics Championships in Belgrade back in 2017.

Asher-Smith finished ahead of Poland's Ewa Swoboda, who clocked 7.09secs, with Mujinga Kambundji, the reigning world indoor champion from Switzerland, third in Karlsruhe and Britain's Daryll Neita was fourth (7.16).
