The Boxing Federation of India (BFI) has officially appointed Dmitry Dmitruk as India's men's and women's boxing team's foreign coach.
The BFI has signed Dmitry Dmitruk for the next two years. He will oversee India's preparation for major tournaments, including the
World Championships.
Dmitruk has played a key role in the development of Ireland's boxing performances during his 12 years spell in Ireland.
He has helped boxers Joe Ward to clinch multiple World Championships silver medals in 2015 and 2017 as well as trained Grainne Walsh to win bronze at the 2019 European Games.
