Palace's Winning Streak Raised 'Unrealistic Expectations'.

Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner believes their strong finish last season led to "unrealistic expectations" for the current campaign.

Crystal Palace ended last season with an impressive run, winning six of their last seven games and scoring 21 goals, finishing with 49 points—their best in a 38-game Premier League season.

However, this season has been tougher, with only two wins in the Carabao Cup against Norwich and QPR, and just two points from four Premier League games.

Manager Oliver Glasner, in his first full season after joining in February, urged caution ahead of their match against Manchester United, saying, "The last seven games were great, but the first 31 weren't, so we can't assume the same form will continue."
