USA Prevails Over Canada 5-4 in Penalty Shootout to Claim SheBelieves Cup Title.

Goalkeeper Alyssa Naeher played a crucial role in the United States' victory over Canada in the SheBelieves Cup. She saved three penalties and even scored one herself, helping the USA win 5-4 on penalties and secure the tournament title.

Alyssa Naeher made crucial saves against Jade Rose, Cloe Lacasse, and Evelyne Viens, securing victory for the United States in the SheBelieves Cup. Emily Fox scored the winning penalty kick.

The match ended 2-2 after regular time, with Canada's Adriana Leon and USA's Sophia Smith each scoring twice. This victory marks the USA's seventh title in the competition since its inception in 2016 and their fifth consecutive win.

Leon initially put Canada ahead, but Smith's goals turned the tide in favor of the hosts. Canada equalized late in the game through a penalty converted by Leon after a foul by Crystal Dunn.

This match marked the final game for interim USA head coach Twila Kilgore before Emma Hayes takes over in June.
