Johnny Fisher, known as The Romford Bull, made quick work of his opponent, Alen Babic, with a knockout just 36 seconds into their bout at London's Copper Box Arena. Fisher landed a decisive right hook after a series of powerful punches, dropping Babic in the first round.

Babic, stunned by the blow, managed to get up but appeared disoriented as he stumbled towards referee Mark Bates, who promptly stopped the fight.

This victory improves Fisher's professional record to 12 wins, with 11 of those wins coming by knockout. Babic, on the other hand, suffers his second defeat in 14 fights.

"This is one of the most special moments of my career and my life so far," Fisher expressed to the enthusiastic crowd, predominantly composed of his supporters from Essex.

Promoter Eddie Hearn announced Fisher's next target is the British heavyweight title, with current champion Fabio Wardley present at the event. "I would back [Fisher] against all the domestic heavyweights around the British title level," Hearn confidently stated.

Organizers screened England's Euro 2024 football quarter-final victory over Switzerland inside the arena, with boxing matches happening during breaks.

Promoter Eddie Hearn, former world champion Tony Bellew, and ex-England footballer Jamie Redknapp celebrated England's penalty shootout win enthusiastically.

Johnny Fisher, who reportedly sold 4,000 tickets, later capitalized on the high energy with a career-best performance. Despite his opponent having a 24lb weight advantage, Fisher dominated from the start, showcasing his power.

Fisher, known for his social media presence fueled by his father 'Big' John Fisher, often shares their love for Chinese takeaways online. However, he proved he's more than just a social media figure in what was expected to be his toughest match yet.

"I was prepared for a tough fight," Fisher said. "I've grown a lot in the last six months, and I believe we can achieve great things in this sport."
