Security at Champions League matches will be heightened this week due to threats published by a media outlet affiliated with the Islamic State group.
Both French and Spanish ministers have confirmed increased security measures following threats made by a pro-IS media channel.
The channel published images of stadiums hosting quarter-final matches on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Uefa is aware of these threats but has stated that games in Madrid, Paris, and London will proceed as scheduled.
French Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin mentioned "considerably reinforced" security measures will be in place for the PSG vs. Barcelona match in Paris on Wednesday.
