Constitution Hill's Journey Back to the Stables After Successful Veterinary Care.

Constitution Hill has made a full recovery and is now back at trainer Nicky Henderson's Seven Barrows stables. The talented racehorse recently underwent treatment at a veterinary hospital due to suspected colic but is now in good health and ready to resume training.

The reigning champion hurdler of 2023 will not be participating in any more races this season. The seven-year-old horse, who only raced once this season, is expected to make a comeback at the Fighting Fifth Hurdle in Newcastle in November.

Nicky Henderson expressed his joy at having Constitutional Hill back home after going through a challenging period. He shared his thoughts on the horse's condition on X, formerly known as Twitter, stating, "It is wonderful to have him home after what he has endured."

Due to his absence, Constitutional Hill couldn't compete in this year's Cheltenham Festival, missing out on defending his title in the Champion Hurdle, which was won by State Man following a disappointing training session.

Henderson acknowledged that Constitutional Hill will need time to recuperate and regain some weight before returning to full form, saying, "The reality is he is going to take some time to recover and put some weight back on."
