Australian Simon Clarke (Israel-Premier Tech) had claimed an incredible victory in stage five of the Tour de France. He claimed the win in a photo finish after a 157km run from Lille to Arenberg.

A female cyclist has complained against the chief coach for alleged inappropriate behavior during a foreign exposure camp in Slovenia. The complain against the coach was accepted and executed, The Sports Authority of India (SAI) has initiated an investigation and the Cycling Federation of India (CFI) has extended their full support in favor of the victim.
