What's Next on the Horizon for Lauren Price?

According to Boxxer promoter Ben Shalom, Lauren Price is a remarkable talent with a promising future. He mentioned that she will continue to fight in Wales and is likely to participate in stadium fights as well.

On Saturday night, at just her seventh professional fight, 29-year-old Lauren Price made history by becoming Wales’ first female boxing world champion and the 14th world title holder. She delivered a masterful performance, defeating WBA welterweight champion Jessica McCaskill.

With this victory, Olympic champion Price is now positioned for significant opportunities and substantial earnings, entering the top tiers of the sport in a single leap.

As the new WBA, IBO, and Ring Magazine welterweight champion, Price joins a highly competitive division.

Potential future opponents could include IBF champion Natasha Jonas, WBO champion Sandy Ryan, WBA champion Ivana Habazin (who was ringside in Cardiff), and American Mikaela Mayer.
