Djokovic Dominates in Stunning Olympics Debut Victory.

Novak Djokovic’s quest for that elusive Olympic gold kicked off with a bang as he delivered a 6-0, 6-1 masterclass against Matthew Ebden.

With this commanding victory, Djokovic announced his intent to dominate the competition and bring home the gold he’s been chasing.

Novak Djokovic, who has nearly completed his tennis trophy collection, still remembers his bronze from the Beijing 2008 Olympics.

In just 54 minutes, he breezed past Australia's Matthew Ebden, who was making his singles return after two years. Despite the one-sided match, Ebden won over the crowd with his gracious attitude.

As the top seed in Paris, Djokovic might face his longtime rival Rafael Nadal, who will be in action later this week against Hungary's Marton Fucsovics.

Meanwhile, reigning French Open and Wimbledon champion Carlos Alcaraz also sailed through, defeating Lebanon's Hady Habib 6-3, 6-1.
