West Ham Captain Zouma Nearing Transfer to UAE.

West Ham United captain Kurt Zouma is on the verge of a move to the United Arab Emirates, signaling a significant shift in his career as he eyes a new challenge in the Middle East.

Kurt Zouma is close to finalizing a move to Dubai-based Shabab Al-Ahli, with the deal expected to be completed soon.

The 29-year-old, who has one year left on his West Ham contract and is among the club's highest earners, has made over 100 appearances since his £29 million transfer from Chelsea in 2021.

Zouma played a key role in West Ham's Europa Conference League final victory over Fiorentina in 2023 and was named captain last season after Declan Rice's departure to Arsenal.

In 2022, Zouma was ordered to complete 180 hours of community service after pleading guilty to animal cruelty charges.

Meanwhile, West Ham has spent over £100 million this summer under new manager Julen Lopetegui.
