Malcolm Brown honored with International Olympic Committee lifetime achievement award.

Malcolm Brown who has coached athletes to five Olympic medals in triathlon and has dedicated his life to coaching and bettering the lives of others has been honored with the most prestigious International Olympic Committee lifetime achievement award at a ceremony in Lausanne, Switzerland.

The prize is awarded annually to one male and one female coach for their outstanding contributions to Olympians’ lives and to the Olympic Movement.

Malcolm Brown has coached the multi-Olympic medal winning Alistair and Jonny Brownlee from the dawn of their careers, as well as guiding Vicky Holland to become the first female triathlete in history to win an Olympic medal for Team GB.
