11-Year-Old Zheng Makes History as China's Youngest Olympian.

An 11-year-old born on the second-to-last day of the London 2012 Olympics has now become China's youngest Olympian.

Zheng Haohao, an 11-year-old prodigy, competed in the women's skateboarding park event in Paris, sharing the stage with Team GB’s teen sensation Sky Brown.

Zheng, who took up skateboarding just four years ago, scored 63.19 in the preliminaries, finishing 18th and just missing the final, which was won by 14-year-old Arisa Trew of Australia.

As one of the youngest Olympians ever, Zheng’s debut in Paris is a remarkable milestone. To top off an already special week, she’ll celebrate her 12th birthday on Sunday.
