Kyren Wilson had a strong performance, winning 17-11 against David Gilbert to secure his second World Championship final at the Crucible Theatre.

On Friday evening, 32-year-old Kyren Wilson took a commanding lead of 14-10 against David Gilbert, setting the stage for his victory. He continued his strong play in Saturday's session, maintaining his momentum.

Although Gilbert started with an impressive break of 70, Wilson capitalized on his opponent's mistakes, winning the next two frames. He secured his win with a break of 67 after Gilbert missed a crucial shot.

Wilson commented to BBC Sport, saying, "I didn't even know what the score was, I just kept playing. It felt like I gained control of the match yesterday and I was determined to capitalize on that advantage. It was satisfying to finish the match decisively."
