Jones Asserts Dominance in Semi-Final Showdown with Bingham.

Jak Jones surged ahead with a 13-10 lead against 2015 champion Stuart Bingham, asserting control in the abbreviated third session of their World Championship semi-final.

Starting the day tied at 8-8, Stuart Bingham won the first frame, but Jak Jones responded strongly with three half-century breaks, securing five consecutive frames.

Despite Bingham's impressive 104 break, the match progressed slowly, with the 21st frame alone lasting over 50 minutes due to breaks for both players. This led to only seven of the scheduled eight frames being completed.

In the other semi-final, Kyren Wilson leads David Gilbert 14-10, with their match set to conclude at 14:30 BST.

Ranked 44th globally, Jak Jones, who notably defeated Judd Trump in the quarter-finals, is aiming to emulate Shaun Murphy's 2005 feat as the lowest-ranked finalist in recent history.
