Ankur Bhattacharjee & Taneesha Kotecha bagged gold in Table Tennis at Khelo India Youth Games.

Table Tennis players Ankur Bhattacharjee and Taneesha Kotecha have comfortably clinched gold medals at Khelo India Youth Games.

Ankur Bhattacharjee from West Bengal displayed a sensational performance and claimed gold after edging past Divyansh Srivastava of Uttar Pradesh in the Youth Boys final at the Abhay Prashal.

On the other hand, Taneesha Kotecha bagged the gold medal after defeating Delhi's Lakishita Narang by 4-2.

Maharashtra clinched the first position on the podium after analyzing the medal tally. Maharashtra's golds came in Cycling and 
Yogasana where they literally swept the competitions. They won a total of 12 medals including four of each color in Yogasana and four, including three gold in the Cycling Velodrome in Delhi. The other two, a silver and a bronze came in Shooting.
