The 150th Edition of The Open Championship or the British Open is up and running as golf's best battle for the Claret Jug at the historic Old Course, St. Andrews. The 150th edition of The Open will be held from 14th July (Thursday) to 17th July (Sunday). It is taking place at the Old Course in St Andrews, Scotland.

The DP World Tour have confirmed that players who have joined in June's Saudi Arabian-backed LIV Golf event will be fined and suspended from the Scottish Open in July. Along with the suspension, DP World Tour announced a fine amounts to be £100,000.
