Women's PGA Championship: South Korea’s In Gee Chun Clinched Third Golf Major.

South Korea’s In Gee Chun finally wins the the KPMG Women's PGA Championship at the Congressional Country Club's Blue Course in Bethesda, Maryland. It's her third LPGA major win throughout her career and won this year's title in a quite tight situation.

27-year-old, In Gee Chun the US Open and Evian Championship winner, finished one shot ahead of the field, finishing on five under, despite a three-over-par 75. At five-under 283 for the championship, she beat out Lexi Thompson of the United States and Minjee Lee of Australia by one stroke.

Her previous tour victory was in October 2018. The 27-year-old has four LPGA wins and three of them have come at majors.

Chun is the fourth different Korean winner in LPGA this year, joining Ko Jin-young, Kim Hyo-joo and Ji Eun-hee. (Yonhap)
