The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is trying its best to organize the tournament in India itself. BCCI has identified UAE and South Africa as back-up venues. "I am happy to confirm that the 15th season of the IPL will begin in the last week of March and will continue till the end of May," BCCI secretary Jay Shah said in a statement.
