Chelsea and Celtic will face each other in the group stage of the Women’s Champions League.
Celtic, the Scottish champions, have reached this stage of the Women’s Champions League for the first time in their history.
Chelsea, winners of the Women’s Super League, previously had their best run in the 2020-21 season, finishing as runners-up.
In Group B, they will compete against Real Madrid and FC Twente.
Meanwhile, Manchester City will face defending champions Barcelona in Group D, along with Austria’s St. Polten and Sweden’s Hammarby.
Barcelona eliminated Manchester City in the quarter-finals of the 2020-21 tournament.
Arsenal is placed in Group C, where they will compete against Bayern Munich, Juventus, and Norwegian debutants Valerenga.
The first group matches are set for October 8 and 9.
