Walters Departs England for New Role with Ireland.

Aled Walters has stepped down as England's head of strength and conditioning to become Ireland's head of athletic performance.

Aled Walters, who joined England from Leicester Tigers before the 2023 Rugby World Cup, has a rich rugby background with stints at Munster and South Africa.

The Welshman, known for his role in the 2019 Springboks’ World Cup win, takes over from Jason Cowman as Ireland's head of athletic performance.

Walters previously worked with Munster for nearly six seasons and Leicester from 2020 to 2023. He has also held senior roles with the Brumbies and Taranaki Rugby Football Union.
