Verdict: Conviction for Assault After Headbutting Incident Involving Roy Keane.

A verdict has been reached in the case of a man who headbutted former Manchester United midfielder Roy Keane. The court ruled the act as a "gratuitous and senseless act of violence," finding the individual guilty.

In a shocking incident following Arsenal's triumph over Roy Keane's former club, a 43-year-old man named Scott Law from Waltham Abbey, Essex, carried out a brazen attack on the football pundit.

The altercation occurred at Emirates Stadium in north London where Keane was on duty for Sky Sports.

The Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court revealed that Law has been sentenced to a three-year football banning order and mandated to undertake 80 hours of unpaid work.

Additionally, he was directed to pay legal costs amounting to £650 along with a victim surcharge of £114.

The court's decision reflects the seriousness of the assault and sends a strong message regarding the consequences of such violent actions.
