US Open: Novak Djokovic Aims for Record 25th Major After Completing Career Golden Slam at Paris Olympics.

Novak Djokovic aims to further cement his dominance in men's singles tennis as he starts his US Open campaign next week.

The Serb is riding a wave of success following his gold medal win in men’s singles at the Paris Olympics. This triumph has elevated Djokovic to an elite status, making him only the fifth player in tennis history to achieve a career Golden Slam in singles.

He joins the ranks of Steffi Graf, Andre Agassi, Serena Williams, and Rafael Nadal, all of whom have reached this prestigious milestone.

Djokovic, who holds the record for most Grand Slam titles in men's singles with 24, aims to add a 25th at the US Open.

Earlier this year, he withdrew from the French Open quarter-finals due to a knee injury but made a full recovery in time for the Paris Olympics.

To prepare for the US Open, the 37-year-old skipped tune-up events in Montreal and Cincinnati, focusing on rest and recovery. He hopes to surpass Margaret Court's record and claim the top spot in Grand Slam history.
