Unwell Draper Falls to Sinner in Thrilling US Open Semi-Final Showdown.

Britain's Jack Draper was sick on the court during a tense US Open semi-final loss to world number one Jannik Sinner.

Jack Draper’s impressive run at the US Open came to an end with a 7-5, 7-6 (7-3), 6-2 defeat to world number one Jannik Sinner.

Draper, 22, put up a strong fight in the first set but struggled physically in the second, vomiting three times as the match wore on. Sinner took control in the third set, leaving Draper exhausted by the end.

Despite the loss, Draper shared his struggles with anxiety, which contributed to his nausea during the match.

Sinner now advances to his first US Open final, where he'll face American Taylor Fritz.
