UK Olympic Sprinter Hinchliffe Announces Move to Professional Track Career.

British sprinter Louie Hinchliffe has decided to go professional after winning an Olympic medal in Paris this summer.

Louie Hinchliffe has quickly risen in the sprinting world, helping the British relay team win bronze in the men's 4x100 meters. He’s decided to turn professional, leaving his final year at the University of Houston, where he trained with nine-time Olympic gold medalist Carl Lewis.

In June, Hinchliffe became the NCAA 100m champion with a time of 9.95 seconds and later won the British Championships, earning his spot at the Paris Games.

Though he narrowly missed the 100m final, he secured a bronze medal in the relay alongside Zharnel Hughes, Jeremiah Azu, and Nethaneel Mitchell-Blake.
