The UFC's parent company, TKO Group, has reached a $375 million (£281 million) settlement in one of two legal cases involving around 1,200 former UFC fighters.
The group of former fighters claims that UFC contracts limited their ability to negotiate other promotional opportunities.
Initially, TKO Group proposed a settlement of £263 million in March, but Judge Richard Boulware rejected it, stating it was too low.
In a statement, TKO Group expressed confidence that the new agreement addresses the judge's concerns related to the Cung Le case.
A new court date has been set for February 3, 2025, and the settlement will need to be approved by the judge.
While TKO Group believed the original settlement was "fair," they acknowledged that it was better for everyone to resolve the litigation. The anti-trust lawsuits aimed for damages of up to $1.6 billion (£1.25 billion).
