Tadej Pogacar (UAE Emirates) blew away Jonas Vingegaard (Jumbo-Visma) to clinch victory in Stage 17 of Tour de France 2022.
Its a track of 129.7-km mountain trek from Saint Gaudens to Peyragudes.
Britain's Geraint Thomas hopes of winning this Tour de France evaporated as his rivals Jonas Vingegaard and Tadej Pogacar kept him at a distance on the road to Peyragudes.
Thomas finished the line for fourth place over two minutes down but strengthened his position in the general classification.
Pogacar's UAE Emirates team mate Brandon McNulty of the United States took third place while Geraint Thomas came in fourth.
Tadej Pogacar's victory in Peyragudes was his third stage win of this year's Tour.
