Tour Championship: Scheffler's Lead Shrinks to Four.

World number one Scottie Scheffler's lead was trimmed to four shots after fellow Americans Collin Morikawa and Xander Schauffele closed in during a weather-interrupted second round at the Tour Championship.

Scottie Scheffler, starting the Tour Championship at 10 under par due to his FedExCup lead, opened with a strong 65 in Atlanta, giving him a seven-shot advantage.

Chasing his first FedExCup title, Scheffler followed up with a 66, reaching 21 under par after birdying two of his last three holes post-weather delay.

"I feel like my swing is in a good spot," Scheffler said. "I've hit it nice the last couple of days. A lot of quality stuff out there, and yeah, in a good spot going into the weekend."

Collin Morikawa is four strokes behind after shooting the day's best round, a 63, to move into second place.
Morikawa, who only dropped one shot on the 11th, finished strong with consecutive birdies.
