Undefeated for over a year, with a 29-game winning streak in the Six Nations, three straight Grand Slams, and six championships in a row.
Can anyone challenge the England women’s team?
Their impressive records nearly reflect perfection, but New Zealand has consistently been their toughest opponent.
The Black Ferns have defeated England in all five World Cup finals they've faced, a record few teams can boast.
New Zealand's last victory over England came in a dramatic match at the 2022 home World Cup, a loss that spurred England on a 16-game winning streak.
"The 2021 final [played in 2022] was heartbreaking for me," said Red Roses captain Marlie Packer. "It was a tough period for the squad, but hopefully, we've grown since then."
England got some payback last year when they defeated the world champions in Auckland to win the WXV tournament.
"England are a great team and world number one, but we also have a strong track record," said New Zealand co-captain Kennedy Tukuafu.
