Sussex Crush Lancashire to Secure Finals Day Spot.

Jofra Archer claimed two wickets in his county return, leading Sussex Sharks to a dominant eight-wicket victory over Lancashire Lightning at Hove. The win secured Sussex a spot in the T20 Blast Finals Day.

Jofra Archer returned to Sussex with 2-20, while Ollie Robinson, James Coles, and Brad Currie each took two wickets as Lancashire Lightning were bowled out for 114 in just 15.3 overs.

Daniel Hughes scored a brisk 35, guiding Sussex to their target with only two wickets lost and 35 balls remaining.

Archer's return was a highlight, but it was Robinson who made an impact first, dismissing England opener Phil Salt with the match's opening ball. By the time Archer bowled, Lancashire were already in trouble at 35-3.

Keaton Jennings scored a solid 37, but once he fell to Robinson, Lancashire lost five wickets for just 14 runs, collapsing to 73-8.

Liam Livingstone's 43, including three sixes, helped them surpass 100 before being run out by Robinson, concluding a rough day for the visitors.
