Spain Edges Out France in Thrilling Battle to Secure Euro 2024 Final Spot.

Lamine Yamal etched his name into the record books as the youngest goalscorer in European Championship history, leading Spain to a thrilling victory over France and securing their place in the Euro 2024 final.

The match was a captivating spectacle, showcasing the skill and determination of both teams, but it was Yamal's historic goal that ultimately propelled Spain to triumph in this unforgettable encounter.

France took an early lead when Randal Kolo Muani headed in a cross from Kylian Mbappe. However, Spain quickly responded with a spectacular goal from 16-year-old Lamine Yamal, who made history as the youngest goalscorer in European Championship history by scoring from outside the box at 16 years and 362 days old.

Just four minutes later, Spain surged ahead when Dani Olmo's shot was deflected into the net by French defender Jules Kounde.

The second half saw France fighting back with Aurelien Tchouameni's header saved and Mbappe narrowly missing an ambitious shot.

Mbappe, playing without a face mask for the first time since his nose injury, had a golden opportunity to equalize late in the game but shot high over the bar, reflecting his recent struggles.

Spain's defense held strong, complementing their attacking prowess and keeping their hopes alive for a fourth European Championship title.

France's efforts fell short against a formidable Spanish side, who now await either England or the Netherlands in Sunday's final.
