Shoaib Akhtar claimed about the former Indian captain (Virat Kohli) that he needs to be given respect and former cricketers should be stopped from saying unusual things about Virat Kohli.
Shoaib Akhtar has expressed a passionate defense comment for the former India captain Virat Kohli. The former Pakistan fast bowler said that Kohli’s current struggling period is only just preparing him to go on a run that will see him reach “110 international centuries”. He added to his comment that the former cricketers should give respect to Kohli recalling his past performances and stop delivering unusual comments and making themselves ashamed in front of the media.
Though Kohli had a forgettable season with the bat in the IPL and has not been able to score an international centuries for over two years, then also India batting great Sachin Tendulkar never criticizes him for his poor performances. Rather he motivates him to play better in future.
Shoaib requested that the former players should learn from great Sachin.
“Sachin is the the greatest and humblest guy ever.I really adore him when it comes to his behaviour.He respects people a lot while speaking.Everyone should learn from him,” said Shoaib on media
