Serena Williams and Ons Jabeur withdraws from Eastbourne doubles.

Serena William's doubles campaign in Eastbourne comes to an certain end as her partner Ons Jabeur withdraws herself from the campaign due to severe right knee injury.

Ons Jabeur, ranked third in the world in singles, has injured her right knee and unwillingly had to withdraw her from the campaign.

Williams and Jabeur won their first two matches in the tournament in Eastbourne doubles and were scheduled to face Aleksandra Krunic of Serbia and Poland's Magda Linette in the semi-finals.

The WTA 500 tournament was the first competitive event for Williams since she had to walk away from her first-round match at last year's Wimbledon in tears due to a leg injury.
