Scotland's Tierney Sidelined for the Remainder of Euro 2024.

Scotland's defender Kieran Tierney won't be playing in the rest of Euro 2024 due to a hamstring injury he sustained during the match against Switzerland. He's headed back home as a result.

The 27-year-old, who recently returned to Arsenal after a challenging loan spell with Real Sociedad due to injuries, had to be stretchered off during the 1-1 Group A draw in Cologne on Wednesday.

Scotland's assistant head coach, John Carver, shared, "He's going back to Arsenal for assessment, and that's all we know for now. It's disappointing for him, but he understands the situation."

Carver added optimistically, "If we advance further in the tournament, I'm sure he'll be back to cheer us on. We'll keep an eye on his progress."
